good news: the site is great and i love it! yay! and i leave thank you messages!

bad news: since the server crash, I've still been getting your newsletter, but whenever i follow the link to the download page, it comes up as an error. other parts of your site still work, such as the FAQ and the staff page and i can browse the downloads. but when i click on one specific one, i get the error message. I can possibly screen-capture the message and email it to you guys if you need. otherwise, do you know what might be the issue?

I've tried multiple browsers with the same problem. (IE, Firefox, Opera)

To be honest, I am at a complete loss.
I have already received a simmelar message from another user.
I can say just this:
Everything works fine for me and the error is made by the Server since only phps seem to show this problem. The Site is desinged for mozilla firefox, but IE and Opera worked too in my tests.

Please screenshot everything you can. I am as eager as you to find the problem. Please also give me the name of the country you live in (just to make sure there are no restrictions made by your government)

I used my normal browser Opera and went to your site. this first screen shot is the complete error message I recieve whenever I click a specific link such as "Music fighter 2005" or something from the downloads page.



in the second one you can see how most of the main page loads, save for the part of the error message. I checked all the other main pages (staff, downloads, etc. and they load fine.



I hope this helps. If the pictures are too small, I can get another one, I just wanted it to be reasonable for a post.

Since you're alread talking about this problem, I'm jumping right in.
The other user wrote to me again, that the site still doesn't work.
She gets exactly the same error messages.
She tried all kind of things now, like deleting all temporary files and cookies and stuff.

Suzume, you wanted me to ask her for some details.
She uses Firefox as browser and Vista as working system. Country is the same like above, the US.
(She also tried different browser and the're all the same.)

Looks like a severe problem
and I mean severe not server XDD

OK thank you. Seems to me like there were still problems with just one part of the counter-database just some of you accessed. So everyone who didn't give data to this section had no problem.

I did a troughout check of all databases and found and fixed a few problems. I hope everything works fine now. Please tell me if the problems still exist.

yay! thanks you guys. so far the site is working for me now (the opera user in the US.) hope it works for the other user too!

Just got a message from the user writing me over lj and she said everything works fine now.
She also tried downloading something, and no prob at all.
